My site evaluator was Dr. Davidson. During my two site evaluations, I presented two of the three comprehensive history and physicals, summary information on 10 drugs, and a journal article. After I presented my first case, Dr. Davidson gave me constructive feedback on how to improve my H&Ps. She commended that I captured a lot of information and hospital story was in good sequence, but I needed to condense the information and focus more on the patient’s current issues. Also, I need some further assessment of each problem at the end of H&P. Her feedbacks were very beneficial, and they helped me learn how to develop a thorough assessment and plan.
